We provide a 12-month service agreement for HIU’s that includes a HIU Service in the first 6 weeks for only £95 per year.

We can also help when you have an issue with your HIU but don’t have a service agreement through Emergency HIU Repairs.

HIU Annual Service
If you are responsible for the maintenance of a HIU in your property or a property you manage, we can provide a Service Agreement for one or more HIU’s for just £95 per year per HIU.
One-Off HIU Service
If you would just like an Annual Service to your HIU to make sure it is running safely and efficiently we can get this sorted for just £84, excluding any repair or parts.
Emergency HIU Repair
We can arrange for a callout by one of our expert team for £225, which includes up to 3 hours labour to investigate and repair. This doesn’t include any parts or labour above 3 hours, which we’ll quote separately if we need to. We source all replacement parts at the most competitive price in the UK meaning you save!
